Are these physical products?

No. Every Reliable Prepper product is a digital download. Nothing is printed, packaged or shipped.

How will I receive my purchase?

After successful payment, Shopify automatically sends a download email to the address you used at checkout. The email contains a protected link to your files.

What file formats are included?

Products are delivered as ZIP archives containing PDF files. Most devices can open PDF files using free software — no special or paid applications are required.

How many times can I download my files?

Each purchase allows five download attempts. Download your files promptly and save a backup copy to your device or cloud storage after your first successful download.

Can I print the pages?

Yes. The products are designed to be printed and completed for your personal household use.

What if my download email doesn't arrive?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If the email isn't there, log in to your account at our store and visit your order history — your download link is also available there. If you still can't access your files, use the contact form on our Contact page and include your order number.

Do I need an account to purchase?

No. You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account makes it easier to access your order history and download links.
