Digital Delivery Policy

No Physical Products Are Shipped

Reliable Prepper sells digital downloads only. No physical product is printed, packaged or shipped. All products are delivered electronically after successful payment.

How Delivery Works

After successful payment, Shopify automatically sends a download email to the address you provided at checkout. That email contains a protected link to your files. Your download link is also available in your order history if you have a store account.

File Format

Products are delivered as ZIP archives containing PDF files. A free PDF reader is sufficient to open and print the files. No special or paid software is required.

Download Attempts

Each purchase allows five download attempts. Please download your files promptly after purchase and save a backup copy to your device or cloud storage after your first successful download.

Using a Valid Email Address

Please use a valid email address at checkout. If your download email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

If Delivery Fails

If you cannot access your files after checking your spam folder and your order history, please contact us through our Contact Reliable Prepper page and include your order number.
