This Privacy Policy describes how Reliable Prepper collects, uses and shares information when you visit or make a purchase from our store.

As you browse, we also collect information about the individual web pages you view, what websites or search terms referred you to our site, and information about how you interact with the site.

When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase, we collect certain information from you, including your name, email address and payment information. We refer to this information as Order Information.

We use the Order Information we collect to:

Process and fulfill your orders, including sending download links and order confirmations
Communicate with you about your order
Screen orders for potential risk or fraud
Provide you with information or updates about our products when you have opted in to receive such communications

We may also share your information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

Analytics and Cookies

Reliable Prepper uses Shopify's built-in store analytics and standard session cookies to understand how visitors use our store. These tools are provided by Shopify and are governed by Shopify's privacy policy. We do not currently use any third-party advertising pixels, behavioral retargeting tools or external analytics services such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or similar technologies.

If we add advertising or analytics tools in the future, we will update this policy before doing so.

Do Not Track

We do not alter our site's data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

Your Privacy Rights

Reliable Prepper is a small independent store. Based on our current operations and sales volume, we do not believe we presently meet the business thresholds that trigger mandatory compliance obligations under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) or the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA). We do not sell personal information.

Regardless of legal thresholds, we are committed to honoring privacy rights required by applicable law. If you would like to access, correct, update or request deletion of your personal information, please contact us through our Contact Reliable Prepper page.

We also maintain a Your Privacy Choices page where you can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal data.

European Residents

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated or deleted. Please contact us through our Contact Reliable Prepper page to exercise this right.

We note that we process your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example, if you make an order) or to pursue our legitimate business interests. Your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to the United States.

Data Retention

When you place an order, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. Changes take effect when posted to this page.
