All Sales Are Generally Final

Reliable Prepper sells digital products only. Because download access is delivered immediately after successful payment, all purchases are generally final. Digital files cannot be physically returned.

Situations We Will Review

We will review refund or resolution requests in the following situations:

Duplicate purchase — you were charged more than once for the same product in the same transaction or session
Missing or corrupted files — your download link did not deliver usable files
Technical delivery failure — you did not receive a download link and it is not available in your order history after checking your spam or junk folder
Unauthorized transaction — you have reason to believe the purchase was made without your authorization
